add Shift as a modifier for mobile. even better if shift + tab is added as a hotkey

On android when I am looking at key options, "Shift + Tab" is not available. in fact, shift is not available as a modifier. android keyboards do not allow shift in the same way as a normal keyboard so it would be nice to have this on mobile.

add shift as a modifier. add "Shift + Tab" as a shortcut
