[🐛]: Breaking glassblown glass blocks drops nothing, but only on some worlds

Expected Behavior

Expected to get glass when trying to break it with a coated saw.

Actual Behavior

It just breaks and does not drop. Only glass panels made by glassblowing drop, but after they are installed, they also break.

this is one I've seen pop up every now and again for a long time, but it's very weird in how it only affects someone's specific world. If they make a new world, the problem goes away, so it's not an issue with a bad install. I also asked the hardrock guys and they've never heard of this issue either.

I've had this happen on Flurben's server, but usually it fixed itself by simply waiting a bit longer after the glass cooled down.
