Thanks for raising this, and for the kind words on the platform! TestPlanIt's application architecture is fully cloud-native and runs on Kubernetes in our hosted environment today (web, workers, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Valkey/Redis, S3). We don't yet ship an official Helm chart for self-hosted customers, but a proper EKS-friendly Helm chart is on our roadmap — I'm targeting Q3, Q4 at the latest, this year. If that timeline works, I'd love to keep you in the loop as it develops and have you among the first to deploy it. Input on what "good" looks like for your environment is genuinely valuable — things like EKS version, ingress controller, storage class, and whether you'd BYO Postgres/RDS + OpenSearch + ElastiCache vs. everything in-cluster. Feel free to drop any of that here, or open a separate discussion if it's easier. If your timeline is tighter than that, send me a note at brad@testplanit.com and we can talk through options. Thanks, |

Hi,
We're evaluating TestPlanIt for our QA team and really like the feature set + modern UI.
One blocker from our end: our team standardizes on AWS EKS for all internal services, and the current docker-compose-only deployment doesn't fit. Self-hosting would be much easier with native Kubernetes support.
A quick question: Is EKS / Kubernetes / Helm chart support on the roadmap? Even a rough timeline ("planned this year" / "not in 6 months") would help us decide.
Thanks!
