feat(linux): crypto: Update algorithms supported in AM62L DTHEv2

Update docs to reflect support of new algorithms added to AM62L DTHEv2
linux crypto driver in 11.2. The new algorithms added in this commit
are: AES-XTS, AES-CTR, and AES-CCM.
