fix(U-Boot): fix bl1 and bl31 to have the correct TFA path

When building TFA for AM62L, the bl1.bin and bl31.bin files are in
the am62l/release/ directory instead of the lite/releases/ directory.
Fix the lite directory to be the am62l directory.
