fix(am335x/am437x): remove pru-sw-uart and fix broken HW guide links
PRU Soft UART was dropped in SDK 9.1 but never removed from the tocs. Replace processors.wiki.ti.com links with ti.com URLs for AM335x EVM, AM335x SK, and AM437x EVM hardware user guides and remove broken links. Signed-off-by: Telukula Jeevan Kumar Sahu <j-sahu@ti.com>
