We already pull in jinja2 as a dependency of sphinx. Might as well put it to use here to make this process a little more bulletproof. Signed-off-by: Randolph Sapp <rs@ti.com>
Right now we only check to see if the workflow completed. Unfortunately there are several status results that can be encompassed by 'completed'. Signed-off-by: Randolph Sapp <rs@ti.com>

ci(deploy): only deploy on successful builds
