Fix AM62L building U-Boot commands#431

When building TFA for AM62L, the bl1.bin and bl31.bin files are in the am62l/release/ directory instead of the lite/releases/ directory. Fix the lite directory to be the am62l directory. Signed-off-by: Kendall Willis <k-willis@ti.com>
The commands for building U-Boot on AM62L did not include an output directory. Add the output directory so it is easier to find the output files. Signed-off-by: Kendall Willis <k-willis@ti.com>
