test(FeatureCards): create components/FeatureCards.test.tsx (JhaSourav07#3406)

## Description

Added remaining test cases to components/FeatureCards.test.tsx, total 6
unit tests covering the FeatureCard and FeatureCardsSection components.

Fixes JhaSourav07#2279
