test: update self-update version fixtures to 1.12.2

Tests 3 and 4 had hardcoded version strings from 1.12.1 era.
Now that PHPVM_VERSION is 1.12.2, the "same version" mock must
also be 1.12.2 and the "newer version" mock must be 1.12.3.
