I have an idea for developing a new level of PlayerBots. I plan to begin implementing bots using AI, with a focus on behavior that is as close as possible to real players.
Currently, some work has already been done:
PvP logic: duels, participation in Battlegrounds, assists in the open world during battles
Open-world behavior
Technical details:
Spells are implemented using code with table support for flexible rotation settings
It is proposed to use the existing PlayerBots from AzerothCore as a basis
The priority is minimal server load through maximum data caching
A little about me:
I am a systems analyst – this helps me build a well-thought-out architecture and maintain a clean, structured codebase
I have experience actively using AI tools, which speeds up development and helps reduce bugs
I welcome any feedback, ideas, and participation in the development 🙂
