Support Binary Protocol for Data Types

Add support for binary format in data exchange for improved performance.

Description:
PostgreSQL supports text and binary formats for data transfer. Binary is more efficient for large datasets.

Tasks:

• Implement binary format encoding for common data types
• Implement binary format decoding for parameters
• Add support for format codes in Bind messages
• Add support for binary result sets
• Create tests for binary data exchange
• Update documentation
