To make sure I'm approaching this correctly, could you clarify the following?

1. "OR GUI" implementation: Are we aiming to add a button directly into the OpenROAD Qt/C++ GUI that launches/opens the ORAssistant, or is this "GUI" referring to the ORAssistant's own interface?
2. "Change to web": By "web", do you mean the nextjs-frontend we have in this repository? If so, should I be adding a Copilot-style side panel/toggle directly into our Next.js web app to match the OR GUI
   button's functionality?

I mean src/web is eventually going to obsolete src/gui. Any new functionality should appear in both.
