test: Regolden reduced escape slash SPEF

Update the reduced escape slash SPEF goldens to match the current public merge build after the est parasitic node numbering change.

This keeps exact SPEF matching for the regression while resolving the Jenkins merge-build failures without changing the test checking strategy.

Tested: diff -u src/dbSta/test/escape_slash.reduced.spefok /workspace/exp/escape_slash_jenkins/extract/src/dbSta/test/results/escape_slash-tcl.spef
