Add bazel options to DependencyInstaller.sh

Description

I would suggest we add some bazel options to the DependencyInstaller.sh

• -bazel -> downloads and "installs" bazel
• -bazel-dev -> downloads and installs developer tools for bazel (bazel buildifier, etc).

As a side option: extend Build.sh to have -bazel to switch use bazel instead of CMake.

Should install bazelisk rather than bazel. I think we found you also need xcb for the gui.
