glpk used to just refert to ftp.gnu.org as source, but that host is typically overloaded, resulting in a bunch of timeouts every now and then. Coin-or-lemon depends on this one. The latest bcr version of glpk, version 5.0.bcr.5, has a mirorr defined. Coin-or-lemon 1.3.1.bcr.1 uses this newer version. TL;DR: we expect less ftp timeouts due to glpk.
