Chapter names on hover are missing

Chapter names on hover are [implemented](https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/8925#issuecomment-931461851) in the original osc. Any plans to merge it?

~Also, is this project still maintained? If not — please suggest alternative that shows both chapters and thumbnails.~ I've just noticed the fork with [updated osc](https://github.com/marzzzello/mpv_thumbnail_script/issues/9).
