AppimageLauncher Usage Problem On Debian 12

Describe the bug

Installing appimagelauncher causes problems starting with finding the proper .deb file to use.

Expected behavior

Should be able to find the appropriate file somewhere.

Search on this site.

See file with in name
No instructions on usage.

Okay, I've downloaded and installed it on my Debian 12 system. It did not seem to add an item to my application menu, unless I missed it somewhere. Where should it be found?
