Refactor CSS units to rem and add responsive font sizes

Replaced px and em units with rem for consistency and scalability. Added global CSS variables for base font sizes and media queries to adjust font size responsively for mobile, tablet, desktop, and desktop-xl screens. Improved maintainability and accessibility of styles.
