Remove compiled SourceMod .smx binaries

Delete generated .smx plugin binaries from addons/sourcemod/scripting/compiled. These are build artifacts that should not be tracked in the repository; removing them reduces repo size and avoids stale/committed binaries. Plugins should be rebuilt during development, CI, or deployment as needed.
