Add 7 new achievements across 3 new categories: - Starboard: Starboard Debut, Crowd Pleaser, Community Star - Introduction: Hello World - Suggestion: Idea Person, Approved\!, Visionary Wire achievement checks into starboard, introduction, and suggestion listeners. Add starboardCount field to DDUser. Remove XP achievement category and its listener hook.
