[BUG]: Upgrading from 6.14.1 to 6.16.1 suddenly stops textTrack from loading on Android only

What happened?

I was updating my react-native-video dependency from 6.14.1 to 6.16.1. The textTracks get passed with the source prop. I've tested on iphone simulator and physical and android simulator and physical.

Only on (both physical & sim) android, the onTextTracks={({ textTracks }) => {}} function returns empty [] and the function onTextTrackDataChanged={({ subtitleTracks }) => {} no longer gets called when it's expected to be called every time textTrack emits new set of text based on the time.

For now I've changed back to using 6.14.1 where the subtitles display just fine.

I second this issue, issue was resolved moving back to 6.14.1

I used to use v6.12.0 and out of nowhere the textTracks stopped working (ain't loading on video)

Tried 6.14.1 , 6.14.0 and the latest 6.17.0
Even though I haven't changed anything in the code, can anyone help me with this @jung35 , @fireinnti , @alexduraibi (sorry to tag u all 🙏 )

@2004durgesh We just moved to expo 54, react native 81 and its broken for android for us. Researching currently.
