Problem Statement
When compiling the iOS target (specifically ReactNativeVideo and downstream dependencies) with use_frameworks! active, compilation failed due to missing headers from React Native's modern JS inspector subsystems:

'jsinspector-modern/cdp/CdpJson.h' file not found
'jsinspector-modern/tracing/RuntimeSamplingProfile.h' file not found
These headers are used inside internal React Native headers (like RuntimeAgentDelegate.h and RuntimeAgent.h) that are transitively imported by the React umbrella modules (e.g. RCTViewManager.h), causing compilation of external native modules (such as ReactNativeVideo) to fail.

Technical Root Cause Analysis
Under dynamic/static framework linkage configurations in CocoaPods (use_frameworks!), files are organized into separate framework boundaries (e.g. jsinspector_moderncdp.framework, jsinspector_moderntracing.framework, jsinspector_modern.framework). By default, CocoaPods only populates direct dependency header search paths. Because downstream pods do not directly depend on React-jsinspectorcdp or React-jsinspectortracing, they lack the header search paths to access files within these isolated frameworks, breaking the transitive C++ header chain.

Applied Solutions

1. Unified Linkage Detection
   We explicitly defined ENV['USE_FRAMEWORKS'] ||= 'static' at the very beginning of
   ios/Podfile
   (Lines 7-9) to align native podspecs with the linkage model specified in the CocoaPods target blocks.

2. Transitive Header Injection Post-Install Hook
   We added a robust post-installation injection loop inside
   ios/Podfile
   (Lines 38-62) that iterates through all target build configurations and appends the header search paths of all four modern inspector sub-frameworks:
