Mouse-wheel Selecting for Long Lists

We love your idea with this Joe, and are very grateful.
Things evolve, of course, and if you ever want to revisit the code, the popup list for selection can get quite long in a LAN setting.
The selector won't scroll the list by itself, although moving to the arrow keys does - but it would be very handy, and familiar, if the mouse-wheel could also scroll a long list that extends beyond the bottom of the screen.
With hope :-)

BTW, Environment Variables work in the Favorites text; quite small font, but they work...
