The supersession note in the README referenced a non-existent command. Fixed to match the actual CLI.

Before: summarize github --user <username>
After: gptme-activity-summary weekly --mode human --github-user <username>

… note

The old command 'summarize github --user <username>' doesn't exist.
The real CLI is 'gptme-activity-summary weekly --mode human --github-user <username>'.
