Docs: real-time scheduling - daemon mode is no longer the best practice

The docs recommend daemon mode to deal with real-time changes.

However, our real world experience with FSR and ESS shows that this approach is flawed because it doesn't take into account "schedule draft approvals". We need a more up to date section on how to handle real-time scheduling.
