docs: consolidate community post into HOMEY_COMMUNITY_LISTING.md

Drop the duplicate Community Post.md inside the app folder and keep
HOMEY_COMMUNITY_LISTING.md at the repo root as the single canonical
source, now with the URL+Title header preserved.
