It's standard usage:

quasar.extensions.json

{
"qdatetimepicker": {}
}

no imports in my vue page.

the component works. the warnings are non-critical to console. spelling errors in errors may mean something.

I think you are using Date on model and should be ISO date string, like:

data () {
return {
date: '2018-11-02',
time: '15:46',
datetime: '2018-11-02T15:46'
}
}
