从 dev/trump 分支（Xavier-Trump）提取，原 PR #192 #193。
20 个文件的冲突手动解决——取 Trump 的真实 API 集成版本。

  • WorkbenchPage — 接入 workbenchReducer + Edge REST/WS
  • AgentSquarePage — Hub Agent Profile 市场

Web Hooks（4 个）

  • useHubSession — Hub token/session 管理
  • useHubIMSnapshot — IM 会话/消息加载

i18n（14 个 locale 文件）

  • 7 命名空间 × 2 语言（zh/en）

验证

依赖 PR #219（共享模块）已合入。Web 页面零代码类型错误。

- 新增 4 个 Hub hooks
- i18n 命名空间化：7 个 ns × 2 语言（zh/en）
