Enhancement request - Add DnD to create the image tag + optional image source code folder

It will be really nice if Drag and dropping an image was

1. inserting automatically the tag for me like
   ///
2. and was optionally able to move the Dnd picture to a particular source-code folder in my project

Note: I believe the ImageInsert does some of it and the source code is available (like Dnd but it creates a resx instead of moving the file in a project folder and linking to it (insert image tag) as image-comments does.
