How to compile to vstudio 2022?

Requires: Visual Studio 2015 SDK

I installed the 2015 SDK under vs22 and the extension features (thing required to compile extensions) and tried to compile this extension, but it threw a lot of compile errors.

How could I get the extension working under vs22?

Hi!
I love this extension and use it every day in many projects. I did fork of this extension to build it for Visual Studio 2022. Added some features:

• Paste Image File into code from Clipboard
• Preview with mouse hover in tooltip. You can scale image tooltip with mouse scroll

New extension has name "ImageComments2022" and you can find it in a marketplace: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ImageComments2022.ImageComments2022

or install it with Tools->Manage Extensions in Visual Studio IDE:
