[codex] Add Future PPT Skill v2 workflow

Summary

This updates Future PPT Skill from a basic document-to-PPT workflow into a fuller presentation production system.

Key additions:

• needs alignment before production
• rapid sample mode for quick 1-3 page direction previews
• claim / evidence / implication narrative compiler
• style archetype playbooks for consulting, launch, IC, government, technical, operating review, and talent/research decks
• visual-form router and reusable page component library
• image-first generated-asset workflow with information-priority safeguards
• automated SVG/preview visual lint helper
• stronger QA rubric and README documentation

Open-source hygiene

• Removed local/private absolute paths from the public skill instructions.
• Generalized the default dark-neon style so logos are optional user-provided brand assets.
• Did not include private source documents, generated decks, or internal research artifacts.
• Corrected the project naming to Future PPT Skill.

• UTF-8 guard over skill docs, references, examples, and scripts
• Public naming/private-path scan for typo and internal sample material
