Time series double check

Double check that all time series use the profile of the same year (2019) and the same time zone (UTC)

• Wind and solar
• Hydro ROR and reservoir
• General consumption
• Buildings (OK!)
• EVs
• (Hydrogen)

wind, solar, hydro and ror time zone and year seem to be correct. all but a few hydro and ROR time series are from 2019 (exceptions ROR ts_cf: FI, IT, PL, BT, BK), exceptions hydro influx: ES, FI, GB, IE, BT, BK, IT)

My current guess is that our ts_influx electricity demand does not contain EVs, but does contain building electricity demand. If we use our building model this is substracted.
