# Why DevOps ? Why I choose DevOps for My Career Path
## Let's Learn from the beautiful story
### The Bridge Builders: A DevOps Story

In a growing kingdom called **Techland**, there were two powerful groups.

One group, called the Builders, spent their days creating beautiful houses, roads, and machines. They were creative and fast.

The other group, called the **Guardians**, protected the kingdom's infrastructure. They ensured roads were safe, machines worked properly, and citizens experienced no problems.

Although both groups wanted the kingdom to succeed, they rarely spoke to each other.

The Builders would quickly construct new machines and leave them for the Guardians. The Guardians often found problems and sent them back. This caused arguments.

"Why are you slowing us down?" the Builders complained.

"Why are you giving us unfinished work?" the Guardians replied.

As a result, projects were delayed, citizens became unhappy, and the kingdom's progress slowed.

One day, the wise Queen Maya gathered both groups.

She showed them a river that divided the kingdom.

"Look at this river," she said. "The Builders stand on one side, and the Guardians on the other. The problem is not your skills. The problem is the distance between you."

She gave them a challenge: Build a bridge together.

At first, they struggled. The Builders designed quickly, while the Guardians focused on safety checks. But as they worked together, they began sharing ideas daily.

The Builders learned how their designs affected maintenance.

The Guardians learned why speed and innovation were important.

They created tools that automatically checked the bridge's strength during construction. Instead of waiting until the end to find problems, they found and fixed issues early.

The bridge was completed ahead of schedule, stronger than anyone expected.

Soon, they applied the same teamwork to every project in the kingdom. Communication improved, problems decreased, and citizens received better services faster.

The kingdom flourished.

### Moral of the Story

DevOps is not just about tools and automation; it is a culture of collaboration, shared responsibility, continuous improvement, and trust between development and operations teams.

## "Build together, succeed together."
