Transcrypt Parcel Transformer Status

Since there have been no reported issues with the transformer in that last 9 months, it is now out of beta status and the version has been bumped to 1.0.0. No changes were made from the previous 0.1.4 version other than updates to the README.

As you may have noticed, it has also been moved from a personal GitHub account to an organizational GitHub account. If you happen to have a fork of this repository, you can update the remote origin with this git command:
git remote set-url origin https://github.com/TranscryptOrg/parcel-transformer-transcrypt.git
