doc client & server compatibility versions

We should have a page talking about min/max compatible client and server versions.

For example zadam Trilium desktop v0.63.7 connecting to a new server Trilium Next server beta 0.90.x-beta gets error "Sync server handshake failed, error: Sync server host is not configured. Please configure sync first.". Someone searching this error should find a compatibility list page.

...belay that example, I have something else interfering with my sync setup. TNext for desktop and server is getting same error. The compatibility page is still a good idea IMO though

I'd wait for a stable TNext release and then just mention that the latest Trilium version (0.63.7) is compatible for the upgrade to TNext 0.90.x with some caveats (old plugins/scripts break due to API changes or something, if applicable)
