Add a Way To Make a Allow list or a Whitelist.

I think it would be nice to have a way to make a allow list. The way I see this working is the server would block a username if its not on the allow list. This will be good to have a way to do it.

You can do a blacklist with the current server.

You can do that by going into the naughty.js (or smth) the file that controls the blacklist and change the return true to return false in the main check. This will essentially invert the function making a whitelist rather then a blacklist
