Includes the fundamental load/unload primitive, and a simple builtin extension around those primitives.
Currently just sprites. I intend to add costumes and sounds.
Includes breaking API changes such as saveProjectSb3Stream and saveProjectSb3DontZip now being async because they have to fetch the assets from sprites that have not yet been loaded.
GUI changes to come later.
