This PR addresses the issue of having extensive design documentation in the README.md file by moving it to the proper documentation structure.

Changes Made

Restructured README.md:

Reduced README.md from ~580 lines to 29 lines
Kept essential project information: badges, description, goals, and link to documentation
Removed all detailed design documentation sections

Created new documentation files:

docs/src/abstractprobabilisticprogram.md - Contains the AbstractProbabilisticProgram interface documentation including traces, conversions, sampling, and density evaluation
docs/src/abstractmodeltrace.md - Contains the AbstractModelTrace/VarInfo interface draft with background, design choices, and property interface
docs/src/varname_axioms.md - Contains the VarName-based axioms and subsumption formalization

Updated documentation structure:

Modified docs/make.jl to include the new design documentation pages under a "Design Documentation" section
Organized the documentation with proper navigation between Home, Design Documentation, and API sections

Benefits

Improved accessibility: New users can quickly understand the project from a concise README
Better organization: Design documentation is now properly structured and navigable
Maintained content: All valuable design information is preserved and enhanced with proper documentation formatting
Professional presentation: The documentation now follows standard Julia package documentation practices

The documentation builds successfully and all tests continue to pass, ensuring no functionality is broken.
