Get this working on Windows with cygwin

- Borrow a Windows PC
- Find the cygwin packages needed. (Including libreoffice).
- Plan for different paths and program names.
- Can EPM be compiled to work with cygwin, to create a "portable" installer?
- Use EPM to create a portable installer.
- Or if no EPM, then create a bash script installer.
