Closes #

Description

Added a new front-end project called PeerWave Voice Room.

PeerWave is a simple browser-based voice chat project built using PeerJS and WebRTC. Users can connect with a custom peer ID, call another peer, and use mute/unmute voice controls.

This project is beginner-friendly and demonstrates simple peer-to-peer voice communication without requiring a backend server setup.
