Update title case convertion

ex. 2a should be 2A, and Two-words should be Two-Words.

@aboodasfari I had a look into this and it seems that 2a is unchanged in most modules. I did find one that almost worked though to-title-case. This is what it looks like:

import toTitleCase from "to-title-case";

console.log(toTitleCase("2a"));         // 2A
console.log(toTitleCase("Two-Words"));  // Two Words

I'm not sure why it removes the hyphen, but it does.
