Detect AI-upscaled video qualities

Details

As it stands, YoutubeExplode already returns streams that are AI-upscaled from the original, lower-resolution video.

Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFACrIx5SZ0

However, there is nothing in YTE's stream metadata that would help the consumer identify such streams and, potentially, filter them out.
