Allows project leads to connect their GitHub repo to view PRs and issues. Features: - GitHub integration section in project settings - Secure PAT storage with AES-256-GCM encryption - GitHub tab showing open PRs and issues Note: GITHUB_PAT_ENCRYPTION_KEY must be set in .env.local Contact Danielle for the key value.
