Add .claude-plugin/plugin.json and .mcp.json to enable listing on the Claude Code plugin directory (https://claude.com/plugins). These two files allow Claude Code users to discover and install the UI5 MCP server via `claude plugin install sap-ui5`. No changes to the MCP server code itself.
