[Calendar]: Cannot trigger next/prev month buttons with Enter key

Bug Description

Previous and next month arrow buttons are not activated after enter key is pressed. They are working with mousedown, but not enter key down. Month and year buttons are working fine.

Affected Component

Calendar, Date Picker, Date Range Picker

Expected Behaviour

When Prev or Next month calendar buttons are focused and user press Enter key, calendar preview should switch to next or previous month accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach Calendar either Calendar component itself of with Date Picker
2. Focus of arrow button
3. Press Enter Key and see that nothing is happenning
