[Feature Request]: ui5-list add sticky option for the header slot

Feature Request Description

Hello colleagues,

We need a sticky header option for the header slot of the ui5-list. Same as in the openui5 - https://openui5nightly.hana.ondemand.com/entity/sap.m.List/sample/sap.m.sample.ListToolbar

The feature is required to be able to implement the Select All option of the MultiComboBox: https://openui5nightly.hana.ondemand.com/entity/sap.m.MultiComboBox/sample/sap.m.sample.MultiComboBoxSelectAll

Keep in mind that after focusing the first item of the list, the scrollbar should be scroll to it is visible. Check the special scrolling behaviour of the sap.m.List for more info.
