Added Ultima Live Only thing this can do is Add and remove statics using new methods i left one in clockcjs just for testing. You will need make a folder in c:/programdata/TCUltima and add the map files as muls and the static files for all the maps as classicuo has trouble creating this for some reason.
moving along
uox3 side is stable ultimalive and chunk map in cuo will needed to be fixed,
