Refactor blob and clob handling with a new seekableStream method that consumes the streams synchronously.

removeAbandonedOnBorrow and removeAbandonedOn aren't options I can find in: https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/jdbc-pool.html I think they are meant to be removeAbandoned.
