Review and update the footer

The ML+X Nexus footer had a link to "edit this page" in github. I had removed the link but the footer is still there. I feel like it is a bit clunky as it scrolls down below all the full page scroll bars and kind of ruins the magic feeling of the page. However, I understand that a footer with some information may be desired. I would like to:

• Decide if we want to have a footer
• If so, determine what should be there
• If not, remove it completely
